CIBER ILCOMP FAIR

In this occasion our visit took place at the private technological Institute ‘’ILCOMP’’ during its annual fair which students and different audience can get information about new technologies and courses in this school. American Corner and EducationUSA had the opportunity to interact with them through their stands with useful information about U.S programs.

Every student received a mini-flyer about different scholarships that U.S Embassy gives and promotes. American Corner talked about its free services (book lending, tutoring and more).

The American Corner (AC) is always looking for new contacts and ways to expand its outreach program. The main idea is to find new outlets to share AC services, sponsor information about the U.S., inform of U.S. Embassy programs, promote the important of education focused in English language learning, and encourage the habit of reading. This activity increases opportunities and exposure to U.S. culture for Nicaraguan people.
