Webinar 2.30:’’ Tips and tools to strengthen participation and engagement in online learning contexts’’

On February 17^th, 14 American Corner users attended the third session of Webinar series 2 with the topic ‘’Tips and tools to strengthen participation and engagement in online learning contexts’’. Part of the agenda was to know the meaning, characteristics, diver terms and advantages in the different course formats:

ü Face-to-face: A traditional course meeting in a classroom and face-to-face with other students and teachers

ü Blended/Hybrid: Some F2F learning in the classroom combined with some online learning

ü Online: All learning takes place online

ü MOOCS: Massive Open Online Course with no limit on student numbers

ü Tips for choosing and participating in online courses

ü Tips for strengthening your online teaching skills

Attended people were capable for considering the different course types, understood their own motivation as a learner, and thought about what course type might be right for them.
