Storytime and handcrafts at Manuel de Jesús Rivera “La Mascota” Children Hospital (Nephrology room)

On February 12^th Mobile library with the American Corner team had the second stop at Manuel de Jesús Rivera “La Mascota” Children  Hospital;  American Corner Staff in accompany of Jose María Campos the Storytelling expert shared: fun, smiles,  stories , games , a handicrafts moment during parents and children worked together  . At the beginning our audience (44 people) explored the variety of books Mobile library has after that children enjoyed part of the repertory which included the following stories: 

• ·         Wolf
• ·         Joaquin’s teeth
• ·         A Bear story
• ·         The Mrs. Adverse
• ·         Choco finds a mother 

At the end of the activity we played a personal presentation dynamic “How to introduce ourselves using animals and food with our initial letter name” and AC Nicaragua shared refreshments with the Nephrology’s children.
